Debabrata Biswal is a proven technology leader who oversaw strategic accounts with the Emerging Business Unit of Infosys. Focused on clients within the communications, media, and entertainment (CME) area, he built new relationships across Latin America and the Caribbean, while expanding existing partnerships with Bell Canada, CenturyLink, and TracFone. Debabrata Biswal leveraged rapid growth in emerging markets through establishing master service agreements with key customers.

From 1997 to 2010, Mr. Biswal was an executive with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he drove the development and commercialization of IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions across the United States. Overseeing joint go-to-market initiatives with US carriers, he forged in excess of $260 million in large business opportunities for TCS. Mr. Biswal also served as a project manager with Verizon Data Services and was responsible for entertainment services provided to Time Warner, Inc., in Tampa, FL.

Debabrata Biswal holds a bachelor of engineering in computer science earned with honors at Utkal University. He regularly attends industry events, including the Tele Management Forum and the Mobile World Conference.
